The cozy house is located in the picturesque village of Konice about 5 km from the town of Znojmo and on the very border of the national park Podyjí. Directly above the house is a beautiful church of St. James, which is the dominant of the village and can be seen from the wide surroundings. The village is also home to the most popular cycle paths through the vineyards and the unspoiled nature of Podyjí. There are many wine cellars nearby. The house is completely furnished. There is an enclosed courtyard, covered outdoor seating and beautiful stylish bedrooms with historic beamed ceilings.

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

EVERYONE is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG HOUSE on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included in the price. For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.
