Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nowe Warpno

We were there with 16 people on New Year's Eve and everyone enjoyed it very much. Clean and modern. The rooms on the ground floor all had en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, 2 rooms each have shared a bathroom. There was a veranda where we all fit in and which you could heat with a heating mushroom. You had to pay a €250 fee for this. We would go there again and again.

We had a great stay at Miedzyzdroje. The place is near the dog friendly beach and little bit further from center which is great if you look for more quiet place. Recommended

The apartment is as described and can be seen in the pictures, for my taste is beautiful. The location is great, not right in the hustle and yet close. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 min from the forest. Just wonderful for walking. The center of Koserow can also be reached quickly. Important, especially for the children, also Karl's strawberry farm was within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped. The only drawback: the mattress in the lower bedroom was much too soft.

Cozy place - great to relax

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in Swinemünde. Bright and friendly furnishings, we felt comfortable. It was also really quiet, which was probably also because we booked in the preseason. The promenade, the beach and also the city with harbor are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. If you drive two side streets further, you will also find a free parking space in the residential area with a little luck 😉

Nice place with small flaws. We stayed at Michal's place during the 2022 summer holidays. We enjoyed it very much. 4 adults, 2 children, 1 infant. The property and the complex is very clean and maintained. The place is well decorated and in a very good location. It's a few minutes on foot to the beach and you can also walk to Nichorze. About 10-15 min. Our children have found the playground on site to be good. It is also possible to grill. The friendliness of the staff is provided. Questions and requests were taken into account immediately. What was a bit difficult for us, with toddler, was the very steep stairs in the house . The five years have done well. Also the house is very noisy, the neighbors can be heard going to bed. We still recommend the place. And would come back.

We had nice relaxing days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and the communication in advance and on site was great. The place is super nice and is in a quiet location close to nature. The property is not fenced to the street, which is important to know if you arrive with a dog. However, the road is not very busy and the apartment is not delimited directly on the street but by a elevation. It was a great stay at the place and surroundings and we definitely recommend it:)

We have been guests here several times and will be happy to come back. The place is small but cozy and well decorated. The location is quiet, with lots of opportunities for things to do in the region.

We felt comfortable in the beautiful old cavalier house. It was particularly good that we could use the large garden and the huge trampoline.

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is so clean and beautiful, furnished as in the "Hamptons", we felt very comfortable. The reception was always staffed and helpful. At night you could hear the sea rushing,the apartment is really close to the beach. Sights and restaurants, as well as beach bars are within walking distance without any problems. The place has a lot to offer,especially the Ozeaneum is recommended. Everything was available in the apartment, we slept very well in the beds. We will be happy to come back. Small note : There is a gym in the basement, even with ping pong table, here you just have to bring your trowels and balls, but that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks to Joanna and her team.

I felt very comfortable from the beginning. An initial small problem was immediately resolved by Tom and accompanied by travel tips for the stay. Very likeable. The place is very cozy, located in a nice little village in the hinterland of the Usedom Baltic Sea coast. I particularly liked the proximity to the mill (about 300 m), an absolute feel-good place for me, which I visited daily. It is recommended to be motorized as a guest. I'm sure to come back again :)

The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. BBQ grill and fire pit are available in the backyard. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Very good contact with the owner.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s apartment. The appartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was lovely and private as it surrounded by forest. Adam was an great host, always available to assist if needed, making the communication seamless. The location was very peaceful, nestled in a quiet resort surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The beach itself was one of the most stunning we've ever seen. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a city getaway :)

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafés and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I particularly liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

Great facility for a short break with children. Beautifully located in the forest and not far from the sea and numerous dining options.

We were as a family with the granddaughter (2 years) in the beautiful house in Dobra for a week in May - especially the beautiful adjacent forest, where we could collect numerous cones, snail shells and small stones as well as observe and hear animals, enchanted the little one. Ryszard was always available, made sure that we were allowed to use the pool before June, surprised us with cake and honey and was always there for us. Because we only had two sunny days and otherwise some rain, we also used the fireplace diligently, which created a great atmosphere. The rooms/the house in general is exactly as described, the high chair was not there at first, but was immediately provided and it is really quiet, as others have said, you can relax wonderfully. In the small village, you can wonderfully watch cows and chickens with the small children, there is also a small cute playground, just be careful of the neighboring dogs in the village!

I like Usedom....

I was there with my two kids and we had a great time there. A beautiful garden, a very big loft. We were happy there.
