This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.
