The house is authentic and unique as it was a traditional Japanese clothing (Kimono) shop before. You would feel like your own home away from home. 5 minutes walk to the Zenkoji temple and 4 minutes to the bus stop for Togakushi national park.

It’s comfortable enough to stay with minimum facilities and it left the feature of the original building. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.

This Solar Energy House is in the quiet residential area 3-minutes-walk from Zenkoji-Temple. It's very comfortable, using natural material insulators. Hosts live on the second floor and the entire first floor is for guests. The main entrance is shared with us and guests can ask anytime. Enjoy the relaxing wooden interior and solid wood floor.

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
