Beachfront holiday rental in Nughedu San Nicolò

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The house is a dream – warm, furnished with incredible attention to detail and simply for feeling good. You can immediately feel the warmth that is in every room. The host was exceptionally friendly, attentive and made the stay something very special. The surroundings are pure nature – peace, fresh air and a dreamlike landscape. And the sea view - just amazing! Waking up every morning with this view was a gift. A real insider tip and absolutely recommended - we will definitely come back!

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is wonderful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

We really enjoyed the time at the villa. Everything is so great and lovingly furnished, the house, the garden and the beach. The communication was great and everyone was so helpful. We went with our 10-month-old son and they arranged a baby bed for us. Really everything is great and the surroundings are really great. White sandy beach and Caribbean flair 5 minutes away by car.

Danielle was a great host! Sent very clear videos of how to get the key and get inside! Was so helpful with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and places of interest. Sent a lot of information and replied very quickly! The penthouse was very well kept, very spacious, especially outside on the balcony! Had everything you could need. Highly recommend! Great host!

Heike met us at the house to go over some basic instructions and provide us with the keys and remote to the gate. The house is amazing and suited our group of 6 perfectly. The view and the pool and the best features of the house and well worth every penny. Any questions I had (and their wasn’t many) I was able to reach out via text message and get a response right away. Mario met us at checkout time to collect the keys and wish us a good trip.

We had a fabulous stay at Marco’s apartment. It is in a really stunning location and very comfortable. A beautiful area to explore and lots of amazing beaches nearby. A good place to see the best of Sardinia.
