It features a heated swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 31) with a removable cover, set on an 800-square-meter (2.0-acre) property with flowers. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, lounge chair, and barbecue. Very nice apartment located between the train station and the city center, close to the Grand Jard. Located on the 2nd floor of a small quiet condominium, the apartment is composed of a living/dining room (extendable table for 8 people) and a beautiful equipped kitchen. TV and internet. A beautiful bright bedroom with double bed and single bed. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms with double bed and plenty of storage. Large bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer.
