Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

lovely apartment! perfect size for a family of 3! without a 3 year old 10 mins to the beach, the marina and the central park and 5 mins from the coop, it's up a hill, but that buys you some great views!

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in Europe. If this is available, just book immediately. Thank you Daniela for everything. Great local recommendations by Daniela including boat tour, restaurant, gelato shops. The place looks even better than the photos and is super neat and clean. Had parking as well for our car. Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Spacious finca surrounded by nature, located in a cul-de-sac (don't be fooled by Google Maps) with only a few inhabitants. The facilities are good and the service is great. Those who prefer hard mattresses will sleep like a baby. There are high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors. Thumbs up. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away. Sam is very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.

Danielle was a great host! Sent very clear videos of how to get the key and get inside! Was so helpful with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and places of interest. Sent a lot of information and replied very quickly! The penthouse was very well kept, very spacious, especially outside on the balcony! Had everything you could need. Highly recommend! Great host!
