Very nice accommodation! Clean and thoughtfully decorated! Within walking distance to a vineyard where I recommend doing a wine tasting with no driving required afterwards ;) We loved staying at this place!

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. This place is perched on top of a hill, offering stunning views and surrounded by nature. It’s a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, especially with its lovely garden. While there are some mosquitoes, don’t let that deter you if you enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings, you’ll find it truly beautiful. It’s also great for kids, with a slide for them to enjoy. We had a few barbecues there, which made for a really enjoyable experience.
