Beach house holiday rentals in Nye Beach

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

I can't express how much we enjoyed the location of the house. Watching the tides come in and out, spotting an otter and a seal, plus catching a few sunsets are just the start. Easy access to wonderful hikes in less with less than 20 minutes of driving. Easy walk into town as well, probably 1-1/2 miles but along the coast and so enjoyable. The location can't be beat!

My husband and I met our friends for a 20th anniversary trip in Pacific City. We can’t say enough about this house, the location and the host. The views were amazing from inside and from the deck! We saw whales and sea lions. The beach walks and sunsets were incredible. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed for amazing stay. Todd and Katie were super responsive and helped us with many local recommendations. They even helped us celebrate our anniversary in a special way! Our first trip to the Oregon coast didn’t disappoint.. especially because of Pacific City and this Airbnb!

This was our second time staying at this house and my family all agrees that when it comes to value you really can't do better than this place! Though it could use a little updating and TLC (our 8-year old daughter got quite a few splinters from the deck and the railing) the location is great - easy access to the beach, It's pet-friendly, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay Wally is very responsive and friendly. We've already booked our next stay here.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and the house is super comfortable. The view is incredible. We saw lots of coastal wildlife just a few steps out the door.

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts, very responsive but not at all intrusive. Perfect space for children to play in the backyard sand without having to go to the beach (the backyard practically is the beach). We had two families. And because most of the children were girls it was perfect to have all the girls downstairs and the few boys chose to sleep on the porch on cots instead of in the living room. Highly recommend. I hope we can go back!

This was an awesome stay. The beautiful beach is right out the back door, the interior was spacious and had plenty of amenities, and check-in/out was smooth and painless.

Cozy beach house with a beautiful location for exploring and relaxing with the hot tub/ views. We enjoyed being close to both Newport and Depoe Bay for restaurants, hiking and the aquarium. Thanks Debbie!

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Great vacation spot, walkable to the beach and the bay. Family friendly and an overall great experience.

This was a great place for four people the beach is close. Restaurants are nearby as are grocery stores. While you are at it check out the Perk 101 coffee shop. Great coffee and tea.

Was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and neat. It looked like the carpet had just been shampooed. Was perfect for a romantic weekend, but also kid friendly with games, children's book and sand toys available. The only thing that concerned me, was trying not to track water and sand into the house as it was pretty rainy during our stay.

This was a great spot! I booked last minute and Brandon and Natasha were so accommodating and helpful. The view is gorgeous and the beach is close. Would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. Short walk to Bay Blvd, with many restaurants and shopping. Short drive to other main attractions in the area, (aquarium, lighthouse, beaches, etc..). It was perfect for our family of 4, (wife and 2 boys, 10 and 7). The home is older, but it’s just short of a complete remodel. Everything was nice, and it had all amenities listed and then some. No complaints about the home. The host was very friendly and responsive prior to, during, and post our stay. Highly recommend, and we’d stay here again next time.

We had a restful, restorative week at Christopher’s home. The house itself is amazing: well decorated, spotless, very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room. The location felt so private even though it’s in a beach neighborhood. Typically, houses are on top of one another in these settings. But not here. We knew there were neighbors, of course, but the house is situated in such a way that everyone feels far away. And the beach itself? It’s like being on a private island! Very few people -just the way we like it. It all served as a great home base from which to explore the Oregon Coast. And a word on that-the Oregon Coast is stunning, the vibe here is super chill, and the people we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Our first time in this area of the country, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Christopher’s again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful property, tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped, and prompt communications! A little expensive, but with a group it’s affordable and well worth it. Will definitely consider it again if I stay at the coast and will recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Beverly Beach House! Very clean, spacious for our whole group. We enjoyed all the amenities and the host made sure to have all extra supplies. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean view from the deck as we were lucky enough to have sunshine during our whole stay! This is a beautiful house that has everything you need for a pleasant getaway. We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our two young children and had a very relaxing weekend. The views were beautiful. As described, it wouldn’t be a good fit for those with trouble navigating a rugged path down to the beach or unwilling to cross a quickly moving mid shin depth stream. We didn’t mind and found it manageable with two young kids. The peaceful atmosphere was worth it.
