I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

I had a fantastic stay! The space was much larger than I expected and offered a great sense of privacy. Everything was incredibly clean, and the private parking was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the outdoor area—it was the perfect place to unwind as the evening cooled down. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Large, comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Highly recommend this place.

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

A huge thank you to our amazing hosts for making this weekend unforgettable! Their cozy and welcoming Airbnb was the perfect place for us. It truly felt like a lucky charm! My daughter’s team earned their bid for Nationals and got their medals! We’re so grateful for the care, warmth, and hospitality. This weekend wouldn’t have been the same without it. This property was perfect for our stay. Good location close to the airport but still tucked away. Accomodations for large families as well as pets. Jeshua was very responsive and proactive during our stay making sure things run smoothly. Thank you again Jeshua

We had an amazing stay at Dwight’s villa in Las Vegas – 2 couples and a toddler. The house is clean, spacious, and incredibly well equipped: full kitchen, coffee machine, spices, baby gear (crib, monitor, high chair), and even welcome treats like Ferrero Rocher and water bottles. The pool is huge, the game room is awesome with a full-size pool table and tons of board games. AC works perfectly, and the beds, pillows, and blankets were all great. Plenty of parking and only 16 minutes from the Strip! Dwight responded fast to every message and even approved late checkout for free. Keyless entry made everything easy. This place is even better than the photos. With over 350 reviews and a 4.94 rating, we expected it to be good – but it was truly outstanding. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you Dwight – we’ll definitely be back!

Nice home with lots of space, host was welcoming and available if needed. Would recommend for a large group, there are 3 stories to the property so just keep that in mind if you have little ones you will need to bring some sort of gate for them to cover the stairs. We didn’t have any issues arise during our stay and check in and check out was easy. It was about a 10 min drive to allegiant stadium and 15-20 min to the strip with traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

A more than adequate space, has everything you need. More than that AJ was very responsive to our needs. He had new bedsheets ready for the sofa bed, when we told him our coffeemaker wasn’t working, he immediately remedied the problem and brought a new one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and Mike was very nice allowing us to check in early which helped out tremendously since we arrived earlier than anticipated. The place was simple but elegant and very comfortable!! I would definitely book this place again for my future Vegas visits!

Sasha is great! We needed to upgrade to a private stay and she made the transition easy. I give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 because she went above and beyond. She was a text message away. It meant a lot.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Vegas. Nice and quiet place close to the strip. Walking distance to South Point Casino that has stuff for the family (bowling, movie theater, and restaurants). Host was awesome and very responsive! Couldn’t beat the price! We will definitely look at this listing as our number one place to rent when we visit again!

Stayed at this complex a dozen times and second time with these hosts. Have to say that the stay was faultless from start to finish. Hosts are responsive, thoughtful and clearly take pride in their place. As a repeat guest, we were offered, and left a thoughtful gift which was really appreciated. Living area was comfy with cable TV. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Bed was comfy and plenty of storage available. Bathroom was clean and functional. A/C was cool enough for us. This complex has a heated pool and a hot tub open until 10pm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for being great hosts.

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.

This place is perfect! Close to a Walgreens so you can get everything you need to stock your kitchen. There is also a Denny’s Chick-fil-A and a taco Del Mar all right next-door to each other. And it’s a 10 uber ride to the horshoe casino, unless it’s a Friday or Saturday night and that was 15. So it’s a great location, it’s clean and affordable! I’d definitely come back! Thanks guys!!
