In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Derzeit mit längerem Fussweg - 500 m City-West/ Ost in nur knapp 20 (Zug) Konzerte in der Zitadelle Spandau ♿️🧑‍🦯🦮🧏‍♂️ Es tut mir herzlich leid, meine Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, dennoch würde ich auf Anfrage alles tun, um Aufenthalte für jeden Menschen möglich zu machen! Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Behaglicher Bungalow mit Kamin, wie Zuhause

Entspanne dich zu zweit in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Klein aber fein ist hier wohl die richtige Beschreibung. Auf 42 qm2 findest du alles was ein Zuhause ausmacht. Der 600 qm2 große Garten lädt dich ein, durchzuatmen und die Stille zu genießen. Egal ob ein entspanntes Wochenende oder eine längere Zeit, hier lässt es sich genießen. Der Kamin ist perfekt für kalte Wintertage auf der Couch. Ich freue mich euch in diesem gemütlichen Bungalow begrüßen zu dürfen!
