Everything is wonderful. Love the location. Very peaceful and quiet. House fits description. All good. Highly recommend.

Sara's place was just as described in the listing & pictures, perfect for my wife and I during our month-long visit. The suite is thoughtfully laid out with a useful kitchen (including dishwasher), comfortable living area with TV, in-unit washer & dryer, and even a small outdoor patio area. The location was quite accessible to local stores and restaurants and the 101 freeway. Sara was super responsive in all her communication, even bringing over some extra kitchen items for us to cook. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet (July does get toasty in SoCal.) Would definitely recommend both the space as well as Sara as a host!

Iman's property was perfect for my purposes. Location is Very convenient to 23/101/118 Freeways and Thousand Oaks Town Center, Oaks Mall. Beautiful Conejo Creek Park just down the street. Bed was VERY Comfortable, Kitchenette Well-Equipped, Bathroom Large, Clean and Well Stocked. I can recommend this property without any reservations!

Lisa is an excellent hostess. Communicative and very responsive to questions. The unit was exactly as described. It is in the perfect location for enjoying all this part of SoCal has to offer. I used it as a temporary home to commute into Burbank and it was an easy daily drive. Weekends are amazing in this area and this unit was close to everything that Agora Hills and Thousand Oaks has to offer. I will 100% be booking this unit again when business requires me to visit this area.
