Loved our stay! Such a great area; walkable to town, enjoyed Central Park, The Proving Grounds Coffee shop and being a short drive away from Kensington Park! Would stay again!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Great location, within walking distance from Royal Oaks’ best restaurants and just across the street from a great upscale supermarket that has anything you could want. Ian even included a notebook with local attractions, restaurants, emergency numbers, and instructions for the home’s amenities. Ian is very attentive and responsive. There was a very slight issue at first, but Ian was responsive and sent workers right over to fix it, ensuring a great stay. He even accommodated an emergency need to check out slightly later. I would definitely stay again. Wonderful location, wonderful unit and wonderful owner.

My stay was amazing from check in to check out. I enjoyed my time there the pictures were very accurate and the space was roomy and just great overall. Would definitely book again.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available
