Holiday rentals with beach access in Oberallgäu

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

Margrit is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Her apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable with her and would book the accommodation again for a short trip at any time.

Simply amazing. From the corner of one of the 2 balconies you can see the Neuschwanstein castle! Only a 8 minute drive to the castle. The other balcony has a lovely view of the lake! Very peaceful and quiet surroundings away from the hustle bustle of tourists yet close to everything. Everything was perfect and very spacious. Loved having a full kitchen fully stocked and a washing machine. There is an elevator which is super nice.

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

I fully agree with the positive reviews. Anja is a landlady with a lot of heart, who immediately makes you feel welcome. This is also reflected in the apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which nothing is missing. In addition, we were greeted with many attentions such as fruit, sweets and drinks, which are not self-evident. It makes you feel right at home. I did the first few days from there in the home office, and the apartment is perfect for this too. It is only 15-20 minutes on foot to the train station, supermarket or the town center, and only a few minutes to the lake. From Langenargen, you can take many beautiful bike tours and excursions in the area. In the apartment, there is plenty of information material and Anja is there with more tips. Conclusion: I can absolutely recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will gladly ask again during my next visit to Langenargen 😀

The two of us stayed in the accommodation for less than a week and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook and bake. The bathroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable! The east-facing balcony lets you enjoy the morning sun with a coffee from there. Otherwise, we were in the beautiful surroundings. Even without a car, everything is well connected when you have the bus times in view. Here again a big thank you to the landlord, we were given all the important information about check-in and arrival before arrival and even during the stay the communication was always great. Gladly again.

We enjoyed our stay with Peter and Aygül very much! Super nice hosts, always available and with great recommendations for the area. The apartment was clean, cozy and perfect for our stay – our dog was also warmly welcomed. The only small point: The refrigerator was unfortunately quite loud at night, which was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, absolutely recommended - we will be happy to come back!

The booking was made by me at very short notice, but completely uncomplicated and smooth. The hostess or her daughter was super reliable – punctual and detailed handover included. The small apartment is perfectly located, with its own access to the lake – a real highlight! Would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We had a really great stay at the property. The lake is within 10 minutes walking distance and is perfect for cooling off. The only drawback was the mosquitoes this year, so we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down so well. Flight gates would have been helpful. Otherwise great place to stay with a very cozy terrace. Rosemarie is a very nice and helpful gesturer!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We arrived here as part of a business trip and were very satisfied. The property is spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a huge TV, an artificial fireplace with light effects and heating, a lounge area, a 360 degree conference camera from Owl and all rooms are air-conditioned. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine ourselves coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Another reason why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? My family (with 2 small kids) and I spent a great time in Peter’s apartment. The location is amazing and the apartment very big and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the bbq and terrace with some friends. We would love to comeback next year again!

Experience was very amazing! The hosts provided an abundance of information and instructions that were very clear and translated! The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and very easy access to the lake and restaurant nearby. The apartment was really clean and well put together. The color scheme and furniture of the apartment were very well chosen by the hosts and really felt homey. The only issue was that we didn’t stay longer!

My wife and I had a great time in Manuela and Hermann's apartment. We were completely satisfied with the self-catering facilities and the good location near the city center, lake and Pfänderbahn. Communication with Manuela and Hermann was also great, always friendly and also proactive. We have nothing to complain about.

Hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean. In addition, we received information about restaurants and everything else important in advance, which we were able to read later on clipboards. :) In addition, the house is very quiet and you can still easily walk to everything. Overall, it was a great stay.

We enjoyed it very much here. We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is just as great as it looks in the pictures. A huge kitchen, great dining/ living area. Two large bedrooms and a very nice large garden. The underground parking is very comfortable and you can reach the apartment via two steps. If we ever come back to the area, we would always book this apartment again.
