Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Obergiesing-Fasangarten

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Annika und Nicolai. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gewählt für alle die ein Auge für Kunst und Design haben gibt es viel zu sehen. Auch der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut zu erreichbar und gaben gute Tips für Restaurants. Auch halfen sie direkt als ein Licht nicht mehr ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schon die Begrüßung durch Pauline vermittelte ein gutes Gefühl des Willkommensseins. Es war, als würde man bei Freunden übernachten.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Maria in Geißach! Die liebevoll ausgebaute Hütte im Alpenstil ist ein echtes Juwel – sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und idyllisch am Ende eines Einsiederhofes gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage am Berg, umgeben von Streuobstwiesen, in denen man entspannt im Schatten sitzen und den Kälbchen zusehen kann. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, besonders für unseren kleinen Sohn: Babyreisebett, Hochstuhl und sogar ein Treppengitter – alles war vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten bei Aldi oder DM, und auch die Umgebung bietet viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Maria war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

Rosalind und Ihre Familie waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Es war toll, dass gegen Bezahlung das Auto direkt am Haus geladen werden konnte. Auch konnten wir Wäsche waschen, was in unserem Fall eine echte Hilfe war. Also rundum ein toller Service! Meine Familie hat auch den schönen Garten und den Naturteich sehr genossen. Und obwohl es die Tage sehr warm war, ging auch die Temperatur im Dachgeschoss, dank der individuell angefertigten Verdunkelung :-) Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, wir hatten eine lange Fahrt von fast 900 km und sind schon früher angekommen als der eigentliche Check-In stattfinden konnte. Nach kurzer Nachfrage, hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit etwas früher einzuchecken was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und so wie beschrieben. Das wir eine eigene Terrasse hatten, gefiel uns auch sehr. Werner und seine Frau waren freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Adrian es muy atento y el departamento se encontraba en excelentes condiciones! el departamento se encuentra bien ubicado y cerca de todos los medios de transporte, Solo hay que tener en cuenta que si son un grupo grande, como fue nuestro caso, no hay un espacio común donde almorzar, las habitaciones son espaciosas y se puede comer allí pero no cuenta con un comedor. eso es lo único que nosotros no tuvimos en cuenta pero lo demás todo ok!

Great location, only a short walk from the Olympic park and an easy tram ride back into the city/main station. We appreciated the coffee machine, full size kitchen and local restaurant/cafe recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Ich war für ein langes Wochenende bei Michael in der Unterkunft, da ich einen Arzt in München aufsuchen musste. S-Bahn Verbindung waren super. Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, für einen längeren entspannten Urlaub mit Privatsphäre würde ich eine andere Unterkunft wählen, aber das wusste ich ja vorher, dank sehr guter Beschreibung im Inserat. Für den so kurzen Aufenthalt und, dass ich so gut wie nie in der Unterkunft gewesen bin vollkommen in Ordnung. Michaela ist proaktiv, gibt Tips und ist freundlich. Auch der StarnbergerSee ist nicht weit, genauso wie schöne Natur und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Viele Grüße, Michaela

Convenient to the train station. Apartment was very comfortable for our short stay in Munich. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The balcony was very lovely and it felt like a sanctuary to come back to. Lisa is a great host who gave lots of recommendations for our trip. Thank you!

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

The interior design was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully put together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Every amenity I could possibly need was provided, from kitchen essentials to little touches that made the space feel lived-in and comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this place not just functional, but also inviting. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat, close to tram and a walkable distance from the center

Renate was an attentive and communicative host. The flat is in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. It’s in the residential side of Munich away from the tourists so be ready to walk 30-40 mins to most things or take a car. Not a big place. Great for a single or couple staying in Munich. I highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und wir durften am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck stehenlassen, sodass wir noch einen Tag am See verbringen konnten. Rainer ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das bereitgestellte Obst, der Sekt zur Begrüßung und die Süßigkeiten waren sehr lieb. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben - wenn es uns nochmal an den Schliersee verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung!

Das Vogelgezwitscher weckt dich morgens und den ersten Kaffe trinkst du auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne während im Teich das Wasser plätschert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Johannas grünen Oase. Die Wohnung ist chic eingerichtet mit tollen Farben und geschmackvoller Deko. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Scharfe Messer und gut erhaltene Utensilien. Arbeiten funktioniert mit dem vorhandenen WLAN die meiste Zeit. In München ist man mit dem Auto in unter 30min.

Eine kleine aber feine, sehr saubere Unterkunft die sich toll als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge eignet, z.B. Wildpark, Therme Erding, Ausflüge nach München (ganz einfach mit der S-Bahn). Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir würden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen.

Check-in lief super easy. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Julija war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Alles lief reibungslos – kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
