We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Werner is an awesome host, showed us the apartment and we felt right at home. Location is awesome, it gives you the village feel and is within half an hour drive from Munich. Place was also bigger than expected

Adrian is very attentive and the apartment was in excellent condition! the apartment is well located and close to all means of transport, just keep in mind that if they are a large group, as was our case, there is no common space to have lunch, the rooms are spacious and you can eat there but it does not have a dining room. that's the only thing we didn't consider but everything else is ok!

We felt very comfortable in Marc's accommodation. The apartment was modernly renovated, very clean (especially the bathroom) and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything was available for cooking, the bathroom small, but stylish. Technically top: MagentaTV, sophisticated lighting with remote control - nothing was missing. The Wi-Fi connection was generally stable, but could be a bit faster. The location is ideal: only 2 minutes to the highway, about 15 minutes to the trade fair. The communication with Marc was great, his wife welcomed us warmly, the key handover went smoothly. Especially pleasant: At our request, we were allowed to check out later. Absolute recommendation!

Great location, only a short walk from the Olympic park and an easy tram ride back into the city/main station. We appreciated the coffee machine, full size kitchen and local restaurant/cafe recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

I can recommend Markus Guten Gewissen without reservation. The apartment was very clean and the communication was unproblematic and fast. I was at Michael's place for a long weekend because I had to see a doctor in Munich. S-Bahn connection was great. Accommodation was as described in the pictures, for a longer relaxed vacation with privacy I would choose another accommodation, but I knew that beforehand, thanks to a very good description in the listing. For such a short stay and that I was hardly ever in the accommodation, it was perfectly fine. Michaela is proactive, gives tips and is friendly. Lake Starnberg is also not far, as well as beautiful nature and other leisure opportunities. Best regards, Michaela

Renate was an attentive and communicative host. The flat is in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. It’s in the residential side of Munich away from the tourists so be ready to walk 30-40 mins to most things or take a car. Not a big place. Great for a single or couple staying in Munich. I highly recommend.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

Tom’s place was quiet and felt very safe. The pictures and description of the home were accurate. We arrived early and he let us keep our luggage at the property until it was time to check in. The bus stop was a short walk from the property that made it easy to get around the city. Tom was very helpful on helping us figure out public transportation. All around great place and would stay again!

Check-in was super easy. Listing was clean, cozy, and just as described. Julija was very friendly and easy to reach. Everything went smoothly - I can definitely recommend it!
