My place is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburger city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburger puppet box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

I recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying around this area. Waldemar made us right at home and offered his suggestions and recommendations for us to visit around the area - which included a nice swim in the hot weather! We had 3 motorbikes which were parked in a locked garage. Our host treated us to a drive in his classic car for my birthday, and gifted a little box of chocolates to say happy birthday. Waldemar went absolutely above and beyond and made our experience lovely. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely return. The space is as pictured with plenty of space and privacy. It’s nice that the host wants to get to know you as a guest. He also provided us with towels and spf when we mentioned going for a swim. Cannot recommend enough — I will be recommending to friends and family too. Such a lovely experience.

A nice apartment in a quiet environment and yet you can quickly get to the city center. Very good mattresses, we slept wonderfully. We were in Augsburg to see the World Heritage Site water management system. We enjoyed it very much. Rana was always easy to reach if there were any questions.

The apartment is clean and is located in a quiet residential area, not far from the river. It has good public transport connections, with the nearest bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. The bus takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center and old town.

Very good and large apartment with very good kitchen where you can really cook, dishwasher also available. Good bed. Shower also large/comfortable. Toilet is separate (like a guest toilet) from bathroom but did not bother me. The only thing is that the apartment (kitchen+living room) faces the street, but the traffic is quiet. Cozy parking in the courtyard. In a few minutes by car you can reach Augsburg (Titania very close). In total, you will find good comfort there (not directly in the city) but also close to the city (Augsburg).
