The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC. The covered wooden balcony (25 sqm) offers a wonderful panoramic view.
