THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Beautiful apartment with great views of the Harz

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

The house Sonnenblick is fantastically located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein. The vacation apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house. A modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen invite 2 people to relax. The separation of the living and sleeping area by the beams creates a very special flair. *FACILITIES:* - Size approx. The breathtaking natural scenery invites you to explore, but there are also endless attractions indoors. Our national park is worth a trip in any season and we offer the right feel-good vacation home! The preservation of the forests plays a major role for us at JS Feriendomizilen. For each overnight stay, we donate EUR 1 to nature conservation in the Harz Mountains.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. Centennial House

Nostalgia meets modernity. A hundred-year-old, detached house renovated and furnished with attention to detail. With sauna, fireplace, library, garden, sun balcony and technically up to date, nothing is missing for a perfect vacation, whether as a family or in romantic togetherness. The beautiful wooden floors, the large windows, the kitchen-living room and the distinctive bedrooms in different styles of the 20th century, make the stay an experience.

Liebe Gäste, bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine komplette Wohnung von ca. 62 m² in einem Wohn und Geschäftshaus mit Gewerbe und Mietern. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 cm x 200 cm und einen Wohnraum mit einer Liege und einer Schlafcouch W-LAN ist genauso vorhanden wie je ein Flatscreen in der Küche und in der Wohnstube. WLAN mit 100 Mbit liegt an. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern gehört ebenfalls dazu.

The village of Hasselfelde is located in the middle of the Harz Nature Park on a high plateau, nestled in the impressive dam system of Bode and Rappbode, with a 190 km long well-signposted hiking trail network. Centrally located, you can reach many attractions and excursion destinations of the Harz.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
