Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, sowie Gewürze was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.
