Good starting point for hikes to the Kickelhahn, to the Bobhütte, Gabelbach or Rennsteig, for bike rides on the Ilmradweg or individually, motorized for tourist destinations in Thuringia

Im staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort Zella-Mehlis haben wir mit viel Liebe unter dem neu gedämmten Dach der "Villa Anschütz" ein gemütliches Apartment ausgebaut. Die Villa wurde 1911 von der Gründer-Firma der weltberühmten Anschütz Sportwaffen erbaut. Entspannt euch im Garten unter der 100 Jahre alte Blutbuche, neben den uralten Rhododendrenbüschen oder am Bach. Die Original-Balken des Dachstuhls, mit warmen Licht beleuchtet, machen das Apartment besonders gemütlich.

Das idyllisch gelegene Ferienhaus mit einer Größe von ca. 50qm verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer mit Platz für 4 Personen und einem Essbereich. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Luftkurort Finsterbergen direkt am Waldesrand in einer kleinen Bungalow Siedlung. Aufgrund seiner Lage bietet es einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (Rennsteig). Das Freizeitbad mit Minigolf und Volleyball und eine Tennisanlage sind ca. 200m entfernt.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.

Hello, the apartment is located in a place on the north side of the Thuringian Forest. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers and skiers. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.
