Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

A studio apartment with a unique character, furnished with care in every detail, offers 4 beds, a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Private terrace facing South/West in the entrance area. The studio is located in the building adjacent to the main one. The perfect location to visit the city or to enjoy the tranquility of nature. Dogs welcome (supplement €15.00 per night). Private parking at the entrance of the farm ("maso" farmstead).

Our farm is located at about 1,300 meters above sea level (the road is paved to the farm) with a magnificent view of the Mendelkamm and in the background the Cevedale glacier as well as lots of beautiful peaks that characterize our Alpine region. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the city, you can enjoy the untouched nature on our mountain farm. Experience everyday farm life with us. Cows, calves, cats, hens and a rooster live with us on the farm all year round.

My property is located in the center of Oberbozen, in a very quiet location and is only max. 5 minutes' walk away. The city of Bolzano can be reached in about 12 minutes. Restaurant and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the guest house. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in about 12 min. In the surroundings of the house there are restaurants.

Apartment with garden

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17 km away(20 minutes by car). You can reach us via the Ritten or through the Sarn Valley. Our village unfortunately does not have a grocery store. In front of the apartment is a lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop in
