Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Haus Sabrina is located in the mountain village of Gries at 1,600 meters above sea level. In winter, there is a practice ski lift, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and much more right at your doorstep. The Sölden and Gurgl ski resorts are a few minutes' drive from Apartment Haus Sabrina. Many hiking opportunities with different levels of difficulty in summer. Tyrol's largest thermal spa Aqua Dome is a 10-minute drive.

Welcome to Larcher House! Guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains, are in the right place. Enjoy hikes in untouched, still pristine nature, refresh yourself in the nearby natural lake with a Kneipp facility. In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. Fünffingerspitzen apartment - Central in the Ötztal

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

Glanz & Glory Längenfeld - Sunnige Suite 4

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Unique apartment, fantastically situated on the panoramic plateau of Burgstein (Gmd. Längenfeld). Here you will find a cozy interior, plenty of space and a fantastic view of the Ötztal Alps. A large terrace and garden offer the best opportunity to rest, sunbathe or barbecue. Free Wi-Fi and parking right by the house are available. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room offer plenty of space and privacy.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

All Comfort apartment, This apartment price does not include a premium card Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
