Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

The Brigels, Laax, Obersaxen and Disentis ski resorts can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station 5 minutes away, Tavanasa is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.
