The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

Offene Dachgeschosswohnung bei München mit direkter S-Bahn Verbindung (5 Minuten Fußweg) in die Münchner Innenstadt. Die Autobahn erreicht man in zehn Minuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem privaten Einfamilienhaus. Parkplätze vorhanden. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Doppelbett, sowie zwei Einzelmatratzen, die auf den Boden gelegt werden können. Die Wohnung hat keine Waschmaschine und ist somit nicht auf Langzeitaufenthalte ausglegt.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
