Once upon a time, even in small towns there was a school, today it is no longer there, but you will find a portion of the house ready to welcome you. The property is located in a village in Trentino, precisely in Muravalle, in a place where silence and tranquility reign supreme, where you can hear the sound of the Ala stream that passes through the valley floor. The street-level property has a living area and bathroom, on the lower floor the terrace, while going up to the attic there is a large room.

5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.
