I really enjoyed my stay! The rental was in a great area and I felt very safe the whole time. Everything was just as described.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

Had a great time in SD! Loved this space, it met our exact needs for a reasonable price. The beach items provided saved us rental money and allowed for some lovely beach days. Great overall!

Jonathan's guest suite is a cute little, comfortable place to stay in. A lot of walkable places to try out and a close drive to other places you want to go see and enjoy. Really enjoyed the ceilings fans, they really keep the room fresh. No need to have the AC on specially during cold weather times. The skylight in the bathroom was unexpected, really nice feature. I kept thinking to myself how do I turn the light off until I realized it was light coming from the outside. Enjoyed our mine getaway.

My buddy and I stayed here for a couple days and we enjoyed it. It is better suited for a couple as the bathroom is en-suite style and you have to pass through the bedroom to get to it. The second bed is a surprisingly comfortable futon. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed how close everything we were to the harbor, beaches, and restaurants.

My stay at Eric's place was just as expected. Everything was just as described and the place was cozy and comfortable. The place is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and easy to find, though having a car (which I did.) is recommended for staying here. Eric was responsive and friendly and he even checked in a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I'd definitely stay here again.

My friend and I were comfortable in this spacious home this weekend. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Back patio was cute we got to take some pictures as well. Would definitely be staying here again!

Spacious, serene AND close to everything, including walkable streets and a freeway. Those might seem like contradictory qualities but Steve’s clean, comfy Golden Hill apartment achieves it all. With the bedroom in the back, light-blocking curtains, and beautiful yard, this place is quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras, like special treats, washer/dryer, and beach towels/chairs, good WiFi prepared us for everything. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped (except for a dishwasher; a huge sink largely makes up for it). In the past couple years it feels like on-street parking has been getting harder to find in the evenings, but still manageable, especially with walking to restaurants, Uber’ing, public transit, and daytime outings when parking is easy. Steve is so helpful and responds with lightning speed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Bay Ho House! Es befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt bzw. bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt in der Straße auch immer einen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und hatte alles nötige für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Was für Europäer vielleicht ungewohnt sein kann, ist dass man den Duschkopf nicht zur Benutzung abnehmen kann. Aber das ist soweit ich weiß eine klassische amerikanische Dusche. Ansonsten waren wir immer sehr zufrieden mit der wirklich schönen Unterkunft! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Nächstes Mal gerne auch länger als eine Woche! We loved this Airbnb! Upon arrival we were welcomed by our host, Grant. He helped us get into the unit and gave us a brief tour. We found the unit to be first class in every way - comfortable bed, quality linens, very clean, etc. There was a lot of attention to detail in this Airbnb. We were very pleased with this choice and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Sie ist direkt an der flugschneise. Dadurch ist es zwar lauter, aber die Nähe zu downtown und Little Italy ist es wert. Auch der kleine Außenbereich ist sehr schön.

Kirsten has obviously put a lot of effort into making her place comfortable, and it is lovely. Kirsten is very friendly and responsive in providing local recommendations which I appreciate. I would most definitely stay at Kirsten's place again and would recommend it to others.

Harold was a wonderful host, very fast at communicating and friendly. It’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego. There are tons of walkable restaurants and the neighborhood is fantastic with lots of street parking

The apartment was in a perfect location for my stay. It was a short walk to the beaches and local restaurants. Parking was easy to find on the street as well, very close to the apartment. It had everything I needed for my 5-night stay.

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. Absolutely love love love this small yet mighty place!! I was impressed! It was so cute and clean! The shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the back yard was great for my dog. The hot tub was a great addition to the place. Nice way to chill out after a long day of adventuring! I love the washer and dryer! I felt right at home! Kevin and his spouse were the nicest ever! They are quick to respond. They are so accommodating. I had car problems and they recommended a great car shop for me in the neighborhood! I would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back to San Diego! Thank you sooo sooo much for your hospitality! You are an amazing host! Loved everything about it!

Great spot on top the hill in La Jolla. Easy access to the spots in La Jolla and PB. It’s a great neighborhood. The unit is clean. Kitchen has limited counter space but has most of what you need. Mary is nice and responds quickly when messaged. Would stay again.

Perfect location for easy access to the UCSD campus. Lovely steep walk to Black’s beach. Large main living space with lofted ceiling. Lots of storage. Workable kitchenette. Would definitely book again.

Dana’s casita truly felt like home. From the moment we walked in, we noticed every small, convenient detail—from the decor to the thoughtfully placed light switches. The bed was comfortable, the living space perfect for winding down, the kitchen in great condition, and the bathroom squeaky clean. Our dog loved the neighborhood too! It’s walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the famous Balboa Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We only wish we stayed longer. Dana was a gracious, responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely bookmark this gem and keep it in mind for future visits!

Casa Feliz was a lovely spot to stay in — quaint, cozy, and even cuter than expected. Although I was only there for a short time, the home exceeded my expectations and was stocked with everything one could possibly need during their stay. Claudia & Steve were kind, communicative, and their check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d love to stay again if I find myself in San Diego in the future!
