Bungalow holiday rentals in Ocean County

The house is close to the beach and easy to find. We had a great stay. Michele was quick to respond and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. I would recommend!

I love Virene's adorable bungalow. It is a short walk to the beach, close to so many activities, and restaurants. It feels like coming home when I open the door. The deck is a great place to listen to the waves crash in the evening, yes you can hear the water from the deck. Her flowers are lively, and like water! I can't imagine going anywhere else down the shore. See you next year!

Ali’s place was perfect. It accommodated our group and was about as close of a walk to the beach and boardwalk as you can get. Ali’s place came equipped with all the essentials you would need for a beach get away. Place was super clean. Will definitely recommend Ali’s place in the future!

This cute little bungalow is the perfect location, so close to the beach and walking distance to the Main Street of restaurants. Very clean and basic set up. The front porch was great for breakfast and catching the night breeze (and you could hear the ocean) and back yard had a fun set up. Ted was a great host, communication was quick and easy all weekend. He even hooked us up with two bikes for the day.

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

Nita's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, Nita was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Jerry was a responsive and friendly host, and the little cottage was good value and perfect for our needs. If you ever want to visit Toms River, I highly recommend staying here!

The house was everything we hoped for. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Billy was very generous and offered us early entry to the house, since there had not been guests before us. He was also very communicative when we had a minor issue. The house was also very clean and quaint. I would highly recommend staying there.

This bungalow was perfect for our girls weekend. Centrally located to the places we wanted to go to, and plenty big for 4 adults. Hosts provided great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated bungalow in an amazing location. 10 minute walk to the beach and good bars, restaurants; felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood. The backyard area was also very cute. Beach chairs, umbrella and other amenities were convenient. Justine sent helpful instructions after booking that made our arrival easy and was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

David was very responsive from day one 😊 the place was even better thandescribed. I loved the convenience of the washer+dryer(being I have two kids). my daughter took advantage of being less than a five minute walk to the beach & my son loved the beach toys that were in the outside bin and it was very helpful to have the beach cart that was provided because I was on my own, so that was a great plus as well as this rental coming with bed sheets, and linens because I’ve stayed in places where they don’t have them and I can be forgetful so that was a plus ✅ unfortunately my trip ended early due to the wildfires and the parkway shutting down exits one by onewhich for me to get home the following day I would have to pray they kept the garden State Parkway open, which was very unsure so I had to leave a day before my planned exit. Aside from that state of emergency *which was out of our control* everything else about the trip was lovely. Would stay again for sure 👍👍

Owner is very responsive. Beautiful home! It was actually better than the listing description! Very clean! The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of activities available without even leaving the house. We will definitely come back. Thank you!
