Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean Park, Santurce

I booked this property for my dad and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication with the host was seamless—always quick, helpful, and incredibly transparent. I had actually stayed here myself not too long ago, so I knew he was in good hands. The apartment is not only comfortable but also perfectly located—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for getting around.

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Although I only stay to sleep it seemed very central,nice ,clean and comfortable and without hesitation I would stay again and for a longer stay and the host is very nice and attentive one 💯 of💯,thank you Ileana and Ivelisse

Félix’s spot was exactly as described and a definite value for where it is off Calle Loiza. The neighborhood is walkable to many restaurants, shops, and most importantly the beach. Other attractions are a short uber ride away. Great for a solo traveler. Félix welcomed us upon arrival and was a very responsive host. Would love to stay here again.

This Airbnb might’ve been the highlight of our trip. It was clean, the amenities looked new, and it was a gorgeous home. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. The host was also a gem, he was very responsive to all our questions and even had local recommendations. 100% would stay here again.

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . It was amazing close to a lot of places. Very comfortable and clean.

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
