The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

We had a great stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC leaking, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the check-in experience. The listed phone number was incorrect, making it more difficult to get in touch than necessary. A more proactive approach or updated contact info would have made arrival smoother for our group. Otherwise, everything was great and we’d still recommend the stay!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Rafaelito was amazing. He was very welcoming and gave lots of good advice and recommendations. He has a very lovely home located in a safe calm area. If we come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again!! He goes out of his way to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

Overall the place is a really great stay in the Ocean Park neighborhood. Really close to lots of restaurants and the nearby beach is great too. The only real issue we had was the parking in front of the house was full the first night that we arrived - it seems one of the neighbors was hosting a party and failed to keep our spot open/reserved. We ended up parking along the street a few blocks away. In addition the party was pretty noisy until 11. The rest of the week had no issues. The AC works really well and plenty of hot water to the showers. We enjoyed grilling out on the balcony at night. Gill was responsive to our questions throughout. We’d stay again!

Puerto Rico was amazing on it’s own, but Jhensen made the trip even more memorable! He was a wonderful host; Responsive, Kind, Flexible & gave us great recommendations throughout San Juan. Hosts like Jhensen make Air BNB’s so worth it!! The house was beautifully furnished & decorated, clean and in wonderful condition. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the fast city pace, but still close enough to all the highlights of San Juan, and nearby many local shops and restaurants. It truly felt like my family & I’s home away from home! I will definitely be booking with Jhensen for all my Puerto Rico Trips. 10/10 Experience!!

I had a great experience staying at Ashley’s place! The space was spotless and well-kept, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Ashley was incredibly responsive whenever I needed anything, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The neighbors were also very friendly and even offered helpful tips during my short stay. It was the perfect spot for me to store my belongings and get some much-needed rest before my flight. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place!

I had a great stay at this place. Terrence was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Accommodation is comfortable and convenient. The pool is great and very nice. The place is a little out of the way but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, taking uber to get around is simple and remains accessible. Thank you again for your hospitality. I had a great stay and will be happy to come back!

Miguel's place felt just like home. It was cozy and clean. Big plus was that there were AC's in the bedroom and we slept comfortably. The rest of the home had plenty of fans to keep us cool. Loved the breeze on both balconies on each side of the home. Supermarket and restaurants were within walking distance. Very close (10 min) to the airport! I could go on but it would just be too long. Experience it for yourself. Miguel was always avl for any questions. You will not regret it!

The place was exactly as described. Damian was very responsive and helpful, a great host. We stayed here for a week and it was close to the beach, walkable to several amazing restaurants and coffee places, and comfortable (A/C window units for the win!)
