Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean View Beach

Everything was great and just as described in the listing.

Very close to Busch Gardens as stated and easy to find. The home was very clean and had lots of brochures for nearby activities and restaurants. Everyone including myself stated having had great sleep. The host is very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We were extremely pleased with this great apartment. Everything we needed was there. We loved the interior decoration. Your artwork is beautiful. Our daughter loved your books. One particular thing for me is that the bed is more comfortable than what i have at home. That allowed for some great night's sleep after the days of exploring the state park and refuges. The location made it very easy to visit Cape Charles every day after doing other planned activities. I personally like the fact that it's very quiet and peaceful though it's location is at a crossroads. Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your wonderful abode. If ever we plan another visit to The Eastern Shore, we will certainly try to rent from Gail again.

Maia’s place was super clean and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and it was exactly as described. We had a nice stay here.

Monica and David are my favorite Airbnb hosts because EACH OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE MARKETED EXACTLY HOW THEY LOOK. They are also CLEANED EXTREMELY WELL, and there are never any issues. I always enjoy my stay in their properties. I wish I could gatekeep them to myself, but I also understand it is a business. However, whenever I am in the area, I look specifically for their properties because they are simply the best.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We loved our stay at Jule’s place. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and perfect communication. Her spot was well located for our visit to False Cape State Park. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was all we needed for a quick trip to the bay. I loved all of the art, really made it feel unique!! Thanks again.

The place was beautiful inside and out. My family and I felt like we’re at home. I love the outdoor space. Most of the times, my parents and I chilled outside enjoying the weather and chitchatting with each other. My family and I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my sisters who live about 10-15 mins away from the home. My family and I had a great time during our weekend stay. Hopefully one day we’ll come back and stay at this beautiful home again. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Definitely 5 stars :)

Check in was easy and flexible. This place was an easy walk to the boardwalk and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Worked well for a long weekend!

Unassuming Exterior, Total Sanctuary Inside From the outside, you’d never guess how special this place is—but the moment you walk in, it feels like a hidden retreat. The space is beautifully designed with a peaceful, minimal aesthetic and full of thoughtful details. Everything was spotless, cozy, and curated for relaxation. What truly stood out were the calming, beautiful views—they added an extra layer of tranquility that made us want to stay longer. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding at night, the scenery was pure serenity. This is the kind of place that invites you to slow down, exhale, and really enjoy the moment. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!

Gorgeous ocean views, great location, the balcony was the favorite spot the entire stay! Comfortable furniture, nice little cozy condo! Highly recommend the stay if you’re in the area!

Good airbnb and a bang for your buck. Just wasn’t that pleased about the check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, but can’t complain much.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kattia's home. My teenage daughter and I were there for the weekend, as she was participating in a volleyball tournament. Kattia provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, obtain the parking pass, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that we were staying in a building with a secure access code. Kattia also customized our door code to one that we would remember for ease! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a message from Kattia welcoming us and wishing us luck at the tournament- so thoughtful! The kitchen had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, the bathrooms were clean, everything was labeled, and we watched a movie on what we considered a "big-screen TV"! The location is walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach, and Kattia provided recommendations and was communicative during the entire stay. Kattia is a lovely host who seemed genuinely invested in us having a pleasant stay, and we did!

If there was such thing as a super-duper host, Cheryl hits the mark. Her condo was meticulous and clean. She was lucid with her communications and quick to respond. This condo has an awesome view and the balcony had plenty of seating to enjoy with others. We want to thank Cheryl for making our stay a very memorable one. She is a ROCK STAR!!!
