Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. The Turquoise house has two floors. Below it has a bedroom with double bed and full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and fridge, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the barbecue. The water is from the well, the electric light and the jug gas. It can be accessed by car as it is on the last road tradable by spa vehicle. Then walking about 200 meters along the dunes you reach the sea.

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. LED lights, 220v converter for cell phones and small speakers, a heater in the shower, and a minibar. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
