The Turquoise house has two floors. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. The barbecue is in the garden surrounded by trees. The water is from a well, the electricity and the gas from a cylinder. It can be accessed by car because it is on the last street that can be crossed with a vehicle from the seaside resort. Then walking about 200 meters through the dunes you reach the sea.

It is a private seaside resort as its rugged ocean landscape mixes with the rural in an environment shared with cows, sheep and horses The predominant lighting in the houses in the area is obtained by solar energy so you can see clean and starry night skies. The seaside resort is accessible by car and bus (20 minutes walk from the stop/route).

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center".
