Casa Maresia / First Line North Beach

Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. We recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent them, please let us know in advance!

Quincho Jardín, fue diseñado y pensado para nuestros huéspedes. Está a pocas cuadras de la playa rodeado de Naturaleza. Cuenta con patio cerrado con barbacoa independiente y amplio deck techado. Tiene cómodo somiers de dos plazas y un sillón cama, todo integrado. Una kitchenette completa. Y además un hermoso y amplio baño con bañera. Tiene WIFI, TV , Caja de Seguridad, Aire Acondicionado ❄️ y estufa a leña 🔥. En Otoño-Invierno estamos con Desayuno casero ☕️ incluido y leña de Cortesía.

Espaciosa y cómoda casa FRENTE AL MAR, lista para el invierno, a 1 cuadra y media de la playa, VISTA al mar desde sus dos pisos, a dos cuadras del supermercado y del CENTRO. Aire frío/calor en la habitación de arriba y ESTUFA a leña en la sala principal. Ventiador. Contamos con vista al mar así como también diversos JUEGOS de mesa para pasar días de invierno en familia frente a la estufa. Ducha fuerte y calentita. 1 cama doble, 2 camas individuales, 1 sofá cama. Se recuerda traer ropa blanca.

Onda Mar, design and ocean views

Onda Mar is located within the gated community Casas de Playa de La Pedrera, a very quiet place facing the sea and very close to downtown. It has security, a tennis court and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is raised 4 m above ground level, which allows for an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea, but it is not recommended for small children. Built in two modules, one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms plus bathroom

Immersed in the heart of the Laguna Garzón Protected Area, in the El Caracol resort, Rocha, just 10 km from José Ignacio. This beautiful minimalist Nordic-style cabin was designed to relax in the middle of the native forest, home to multiple species of fauna and flora characteristic of our country; with independent exit to the lagoon (200m) where you can enjoy various water activities, bike rides, trekking along wonderful trails and miles of secluded beaches.

Las Vistillas is a designer house within the "Tajamares de La Pedrera" Club, 10 minutes by car from the "Balneario La Pedrera", 500 meters from the Sea. Located on 4,500m2 on "the Lake", forming a large mirror of fresh water on a natural undulating ground typical of the Uruguayan countryside. Hence the name that alludes to "Las Vistillas de Madrid" for its raised floor, the connection with the water, for the views it offers, from a privileged place.
