You can walk just about anywhere in the CBD, Southbank and throughout gorgeous Carlton, home of the iconic Exhibition Buildings and gardens - which we are directly opposite! 4 major supermarkets within walking distance, along with pharmacies This huge studio is a short stay apartment - no one lives there and it is specifically set up for guests to have the most enjoyable stay. Fully equipped, including a welcome goody basket upon arrival, and a guest guide book full of our top tips to get the most out of your visit to the area. With a deco inspired entrance, wrought iron gates and solid brick exterior, it is one of the few residences from this era that remain in Melbourne. Our studio is set up for guests with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It has just been fully refurbished (largely by us!) to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. Features - - huge, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, as well as condiments, spices, tea and coffee - private walk in robe/dressing room area all bathroom items included - fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner - loads of storage space for all of your belongings - designed for guests - coin laundry on same floor (washing liquid, clothes airer and basket provided) - secure car space - sofa bed sleeps additional 1-2 people and can be made up on request - inside living area - Myki cards provided for public transport, only top up required - balcony area with seating and city views - full blockout curtains so you aren’t woken by the morning sun unless you want to be - high speed internet - windows with city views -gym on site - it is being refubished in future so we haven’t listed it as a 'feature' due to it’s age, but the equipment is in good condition - a high chair, portcot and bouncer can be made available upon request - please note the apartment is on the second floor and without childproofing so people may want to take this into consideration when booking -Please note this is a studio apartment - hotel style living where the bed is situated in the main living area. We live a few minutes away and love to meet and greet our guests and give them the inside scoop on the area, as it's our neighbourhood. There is a lockable keybox however, so if this isn't your preference you can just check yourself in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available easily if needed, and happy to help any time during your stay. All the apartments face the outside so you have your own private entrance and security door within the premises. The car space is located within the grounds and is accessed with an electronic fob. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs. We aim to meet and greet our guests whenever we can, and we are just a few minutes away if needed. We don’t live in the complex, so you have privacy, peace and quiet. It epitomises everything about Melbourne culture, with amazing cafes, markets, gardens, and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is moments away from the bright lights of the city centre. You can walk to the city centre in a few minutes. From the centre there are trams, trains and buses to take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is a bike hire stand directly across the road in front of the Exhibition Buildings. Free parking is on site if you have a car. Uber and Taxi services will be on your doorstep in minutes. This is a beautiful quiet building on the edge of the city and we appreciate the co-operation of our guests in respecting our neighbours during their stay by keeping the noise down. The studio is in a double brick building with windows on every side, so the temperature is always very comfortable. The ceiling fan with reverse heat function is all we have needed so far.

At this cozy cabin retreat you are perched amongst the trees at Bonogin, yet minutes from dining and entertainment on the Gold Coast, Australia. Two-bedroom, two-storey and Sleeps 4 comfortably. Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. The interior is tastefully furnished, harmoniously marrying the modern with traditional antique and rustic elements, all bathed in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils and crockery you need to cook your favorite dishes. The cabin offers an amazingly large deck overlooking the rainforest and the fresh-water creek, and you can barbeque on the deck. A coffee shop and general store is within strolling distance, with Robina town centre 12 minutes away. No public transport, so a car is required. In addition, we have plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. Verified ID We require guests to have a Verified ID before they book our listing. Located in prestigious Clocktower Lane it's an easy stroll to Hagley Park, Victoria Street cafe's and restaurants and the CBD. The Art Gallery, Museum, and the Arts Centre and the Margaret Mahy playground or Punting on the Avon River are but a short stroll away. Upstairs are two extremely comortable bedrooms with prestige linen on Queen beds. One bedroom has Lane and city views with the trees of Hagley Park to be seen a block away and the second with a balcony that welcomes the morning sun and looks towards the Port Hills in the distance. A wonderful, restful spot for a morning coffee. The bathroom combines vanity, toilet and an excellent shower. Downstairs there is a second toilet. There is a very comfortable double pull out sofa bed in the common living space downstairs. This is a comfortable sofa or if required can be converted easily to sleep two. The large garage is a bonus in this prime inner city location, providing secure off street parking. You will enjoy this space. It is contemporary, stylish and extremely comfortable. This truely is the best location in town. The entire apartment is available for your personal private use You have free access to the large independant garage. Please be aware that occasionally the cleaners may require access to the garage. It is very important to us that you enjoy your stay. We are readily available to assist you if required. The apartment is on a quiet lane, walking distance to central attractions: the Art Gallery, Museum, Hagley and Victoria parks, botanical gardens, and the town hall. The shopping precinct as well as premium restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. There is a Nextbike metro share bicycle station over the road which are absolutely brilliant. The first 30 minutes is free. Or hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment has Netflix for your viewing pleasure and of course fee wifi. The apartment is fitted with a smart lock. You will be issued with a private secure code and phone app access. You can also just use a key if you prefer. This wonderful apartment is up 12 steps from ground level to gain entry. There are delightful city scape near views and the Port Hills can be seen in one direction and leafy Hagley park in the other . The large double garage is on the ground floor.

The whole villa compound is for your use enjoyment like your very own home ......with the exception of selected locked cupboards where my personal things are....heaps of videos you may watch if you decide to stay in. Transport to ubud is very easy either by taxi or I can organise a driver to meet you for US$23-25. Getting around ubud is so easy as you don't need a car as my villa is close enough to everything... It is absolutely the best location in ubud... In my street Jalan jembawan is radiantly alive yoga studio, well known and very popular.. Also Ketut arsarna body works yoga studio in Jalan Hanoman a brief walk away... My villa is nestled amongst the community homes and all the families are very friendly... There are day spas close by and many many restaurants... For cultural events you only need to walk through 2 lanes to enjoy the night time kecak fire dance.... The villa ensures privacy for your enjoyment like your very own home ..... No need for a car as everything is within five minutes walk so you can feel very safe during the day and during the night. If you want to go on a day trip my staff can organise a driver to take you sightseeing to all the favourite spots if you like..
