El apartamento cuenta con una cómoda mesa, televisión, equipo de música, wiffi gratuito de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado/calefacción, suelos de madera, ventanas Climalit ... y todo con mucho sol !!! -El Dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con una preciosa cómoda con cajones y un perchero para colgar tu ropa. -El Salón es muy luminoso, con TV, DVD y un cómodo sofá donde relajarse. -La Cocina está equipada con: frigorífico/congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, cafetera, calienta agua, batidora, tostadora, ... Muy cerca del apartamento se encuentra uno de los mercados más tradicionales de productos típicos. Toda una experiencia que te acerca a la vida y cultura del histórico barrio de Ruzafa. Podrás encontrar muy cerca gran variedad de locales gastronómicos y de ocio, algunos de ellos de reconocidos cocineros. Cuentas también con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar, como los supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes , bancos , alquiler de bicicletas , farmacias , correos, gimnasio, lavandería, etc ... EN LA CIUDAD DE VALENCIA ! Convenientemente situado para actividades profesionales, debido a su proximidad al Centro de la ciudad, desde donde podrás moverte fácilmente a cualquier destino que necesites. El apartamento está situado en la calle Carlos Cervera, Valencia, a unos metros de la plaza principal de la ciudad (andando a 5-10 minutos). Con paradas de metro y autobús muy cercanas para ir a la playa, a la feria de muestras, palacio de congresos, Ciudad de las Ciencias,…. Podrás ir paseando a la plaza del Ayuntamiento y al barrio viejo (el Carmen), donde se encuentran los monumentos más característicos de la ciudad. El autobús EMT Valencia de la línea 19 está a 1 minuto andando de la puerta de entrada a la finca. Con él podrás ir directamente a la playa de la Malva-rosa y Patacona. A 5 minutos a pie de distancia se encuentra el metro de Xátiva, línea roja, verde y marrón 3, 5 y 9, con los que podrás ir/volver directamente al aeropuerto. Además, te conectan con el resto de líneas de metro para poder ir donde quieras. Se puede ver en el mapa de Airbnb. Conexión directa con el aeropuerto, estación de tren y de autobuses con metro. Otros servicios: - Hay posibilidad de aparcar en la calle de forma gratuita o, si lo prefieres, por tu comodidad, cuentas con un parking abierto 24 horas muy cercano a la vivienda. Si lo necesitas, puedes preguntarme las tarifas. -Los lunes por la mañana (de 8'00 a 15'00) instalan un mercadillo en la zona, que ocupa la calle del apartamento y las adyacentes. Tenlo en cuenta si llevas vehículo. - No está permitido fumar en el apartamento, excepto en la terraza.

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160x190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. The house is in El Cabañal, an authentic and traditional neighborhood, with a very rich life and a great light and atmosphere. A seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. If you are lucky, you can hear the local artists playing the guitar or singing. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport
