In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Aurich Harbor Apartment - calm and central

The apartments are located close to the city centre and the port of Aurich and offer comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The Aurich city center and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems- Jade Canal . The mooring of the MS Aurich is located in the immediate vicinity.

Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

In nur ca. 3 Gehminuten befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung an die lebhaft stürmische Küste, sowie in die Innenstadt. Ebenso erreichst Du bequem zu Fuß einen Supermarkt (Netto). Du kannst auch in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad mitten in der Innenstadt sein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum entspannen ein.

From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Right at the foot of St. Magnus Church, it is only about 1 minute to the marketplace and pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in summer 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
