The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, visiting family or cozy home base while exploring everything Rogers City has to offer. Rogers City is beautiful at all times of the year whether it be summer, fall or winter! We have plenty of room for parking, trailers for fishing boats, and snowmobile trailers are welcomed. Great area for hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. If you love the outdoors we got you covered.
