The house is very nice and comfortable, far enough away not to hear noise, but 5 minutes by car from downtown. We requested the kitchen and waitress service as an extra and they are THE BEST. Attentive, very punctual and above all warm. We also requested the pool boiler service and it worked perfectly. Communication with the hosts was clear and efficient. I highly recommend it for family plans.

The house was amazing! Identical to the photographs. The first moment you arrive you feel at home, with everything they have and how cozy it is, the attention of the wonderful staff, totally recommended! With a wonderful view, super comfortable beds and everything impeccably clean! We enjoyed the pool all afternoon and had an extraordinary weekend! 10000% recommended and Carlos is an excellent host, always attentive to our comfort and well-being! The house is beautiful and super comfortable. You have everything you need to have a great time. The pool and jacuzzi are terrific. It is a very quiet subdivision. Marisol's attention is the best of the best! She is super cute and friendly, very rich cuisine and she caters to you and mindful of wonder! Always available for your needs. We stayed for more days, we would definitely come back.

We were with three families in Mauricio's house and had a great time. The tower room is beautiful, the view breathtaking. All rooms were lovingly furnished, there was great Mexican dishes, in general beautiful details throughout the house, from the pictures on the walls, to the pillows, or washbasins. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a great view, there was something to discover everywhere. The employees Mel, Victoria and Gilberto were extremely courteous and did a great job. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The house is much more beautiful and more welcoming than what can be seen in the pictures. The view is amazing, the details of the house and all the things it's equipped with make it a great place. The pool although it's not that big is quite functional and we loved it!!

Everything is very good, good attention from Maribel, room cleaning room and bathroom, good location of the property, ample parking... as a recommendation would be a good grill as well as a better wifi connection, but for the price everything is great, my family and I would definitely return

The best possible experience at Alejandra's house. The house is super cozy and perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen, a large dining table and a living room with a large sofa and board games to hang out. Alejandra was super kind and we thank her for making everything so easy for us. We are very happy with her and the place is very beautiful, both the historic center and the beautiful town, as well as all the nature and outdoor activities that surround it. 100% recommended. Beautiful and cozy accommodation in the heart of Malinalco. It is a great choice to stay because the whole center is a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything the publication says. The kitchen has the basic and necessary utensils to cook things. The terrace is very nice and in general it is a spacious space as we were 4 adults and the whole time we were comfortable. It's a warm place, which is good as it helps you to be at a nicer temperature inside while it's cold outside. Sheila and the staff at all times were very friendly and supported us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very well equipped, I liked the windows that allow very good lighting. The common areas are excellent, especially enjoy the indoor pool, you can train seriously there.

The stay was excellent, just what we needed for the trip, everyone was very comfortable. It is very close to many shops, stores, pharmacies, restaurants...there are options for everyone. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.
