Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The cottage is located in a quiet natural area close to the water, and surrounded by rich wildlife. The surroundings contribute to a feeling of being in a small forest, and there are often visits from birds, squirrels, hares and deer right outside the window. In front of the cottage's large terrace there is a lovely lawn, and the place generally invites coziness and relaxation, and is very suitable for the family who wants undisturbed access to nature, where you can enjoy the fireplace, barbecue or maybe play ball.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende i skøn natur og 300 m fra havet. Sommerhuset er med sine 85 m2 og et udhus på 25m2, 6 sovepladser i huset og 2 i annekset - ideelt til en hyggelig ferie. Rundt om huset er der en skøn træteresse, som gør at man hele dagen kan nyde solen, orangeri og udendørs vildtmarksbad og bålplads. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en stikvej og er en lille oase af ro midt i skøn natur, hvor man kan forvente at få besøg af fasaer, egern og rådyr. Ingen husdyr er tilladte

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Sommerhuset er beliggende i et dejligt naturskønt område, med direkte udsigt til vandet på Mariager Fjord. Livet ved fjorden er hyggelig, og du vil opleve at sejlbåde og skibe sejler stille forbi. På få minutter står du ved vandkanten, og kan nyde både udsigten til fjorden og havet. Sommerhuset egner sig særdeles godt til jer, som ønsker privatliv, total ro, hygge, fordybelse og afslapning, i et meget stille område. Her er det lyden fra fuglene og skovens dyr, der er mest af.

Smuk opvarmet trætophus i naturskønne omgivelser. Huset svæver 3 meter over jorden og er arkitektonisk smukt, centreret omkring et stort bøgetræ. Huset er ca. 10m2 plus terrasse og rummer tekøkken, spiseplads og dobbeltseng samt mulighed for ekstra opredning. Gulvarme sikrer komfort året rundt. Stort udeareal med bålsted, parkering tæt på og adgang til primitive toilet- og køkkenfaciliteter ca. 100 meter fra hytten.

Cozy summer cottage by the sea

Cozy cottage perfect for a relaxing family vacation with only a two-minute walk to the sea, which is shallow enough for the little ones to paddle and catch crabs, and the slightly bigger ones can take a trip in the kayaks or on the paddleboard. The beaches of Als and Øster Hurup (where there is also a water park) are within a few kilometers. Final cleaning included. Electricity is charged separately (DKK 3.5/kWh)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modernized cottage with 3 rooms for up to 6 people. The cottage is located a short distance from a very child-friendly beach. The cottage is allergy-friendly - therefore, no pets are allowed. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. The tenant brings their own bed linen and towels, otherwise these can be rented for 75 DKK/10 euros per person.
