Brand new nice town house of 114 m2 with entrance, kitchen-room, living room, 2 bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and extra guest toilet. One bedroom is set up as a large office/TV room with a sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly constructed bike and footpaths - about 20 min walk to Odense harbour bath, Odense city centre and Odense University Hospital - about 10 min walk to TV2 .

In the middle of Svendborg and close to the city's shops, cafes and restaurants is this large holiday home, furnished with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor as well as a large living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Charmerised townhouse. located in the middle of Faaborg by the town square and harbor. The home: is furnished with kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. There is an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the archipelago of South Funen. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

Here you get a slice of the chambered "old" Juelsminde . The house was built in 1929. In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. The flowery garden has two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecues can be enjoyed in the sunshine.

We live in an old city house from 1854 (no noise because the house is away from the road, hidden behind another house) with private garden and direct acces to park with playground, in the middle of charming Odense. Close to cafes, restaurants, venues, museums, shops, galleries, etc.
