Unique house that creates a harmonious setting for its people, looking out to all the greenery that Suset is surrounded by all the way around the house. Here is the priority of the simple relaxing life, here are grass, shrubs and scrub, raspberries, blackberries, plums, apples, squirrels, birds and tranquility... the stream around the grounds provides a good distance to the neighbors. Here is art on the walls, many board games, lego and large trampoline in the backyard, as an alternative to the beach trip and the rotures of the sit-on-top kayaks during the warm summer evenings.

Large, cozy summerhouse by Tengslemark beach

Lovely family cottage 900m from one of Denmark's loveliest and most child-friendly beaches. The house has large buried trampoline in the backyard, ping pong table, volley court, handball goal and basketball net. Large terrace area with comfortable furniture as well as a fire pit for the evening's coziness. There are many nice experiences within driving distance - Rørvig harbor with crab fishing, Havnebyen, Sejrø, Dragsholm castle, Klint, Anneberg etc. The area has Michelin restaurant and lots of farm shops and Odden harbor has music venues and cafes.

Child-friendly modern wooden holiday home with several sun terraces, 200m from lovely child-friendly beach in Skansehage. The main house has an open kitchen and dining area with lovely views of 2500m2 large natural ground, spacious living room with wood stove and sleeping/cozy karnap, 2 rooms and wc/bath. Large annex with 2 rooms, toilet, sink, shower. Outdoor bath and barbecue. The cozy Rørvig harbour is a 1.2 km walk along the water. Lovely hiking and cycling area directly from the house. P on the grounds. 11 beds. Linen can be rented.

Cozy cottage close to the sea

Cozy summerhouse on large and quiet grounds - only 50 meters from the sea. The cottage is only a 5-minute drive from Odden ferry port and an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms with five beds in total. In addition, it is possible to list two beds in the living room or use the sofa bed. The house is in lovely Yderby Lyng, where you take a good walk from coast to coast. Only 10 minutes walk from delicious TiR bakery and 10 minutes drive to the harbor town with cafes and shopping.

Amazing cottage close to the beach - build in 2019

Wellcome to Lumsås Sjællands Odde is perfect for swimming, walking, bike riding, barbecue on the terrace and just enjoying that special light Sjællands Odde is famous fore. The house is about 400 m. from a very nice quiet beach. Only people having houses in the area know about it, so dont tell anyone ;-) We have had a house at the same spot since 2005 and love the place! This house was built in 2019 and being able to come here both summer and winter is just wonderfull!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Cozy cottage close to beach with deer in garden

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.

Cozy, new and nice cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open kitchen in connection with living room. Another double room above the garage. Gas stove inside and gas grill on terrace. Outdoor shower. All necessities for small children, 2 kayaks, 3 bikes, toys and toddler bikes. Located directly to the sea about 300 m in the 1st row. Fenced garden so you can safely let children play in the garden.
