The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Unser Haus liegt ländlich und ruhig, aber dennoch Zentrumsnah. Der HBF und die City sind ca. 10 min entfernt(zu Fuß ca.20min) A2 / A43 ca. 10min, öffentl. Verkehrsmittel im nahen Umfeld. In der Nähe sind Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs (Penny,Netto). Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Trade fair visit, soccer game, business or a few relaxing days. Our fully equipped apartment with balcony and private parking space is located in the northwest of Dortmund. Thanks to the good connection, the city center, Westfalenhallen and the stadium can be reached in less than 20 minutes. In the center of Mengede, everything you need in everyday life is within walking distance. You don't have to bring towels and a hairdryer.

The 60-sqm self-contained apartment is located in Marl-Hüls in a central, yet very quiet side street. It is only 200 m to the nearest bus stop, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen train station or the S-Bahn station Marl-Mitte with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location. The approx. 50 sqm apartment is located in a 3-family house, where I also live as a host and my parents. We are happy to be responsive if you have any questions or need ideas for leisure activities. Otherwise, we look forward to hosting nice people! Of course, Wi-Fi access is available.

Schnuckelchen in Marl 2nd

Small but nice is the Schnuckelchen on the edge of the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. There is the Maler Stern with outlet. A commercial area with supermarkets and a shopping street "Brassertstraße." The highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes.
