The arena is 2 km away, and the city of Buer with many restaurants, shopping, a cinema and a museum is also within 1 km walking distance. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 locations.

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The entire house from 1928 was completely renovated in 2018. The approx. 30 square meter cozy apartment is adjacent to the beautiful city garden in Recklinghausen. The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

Need a little time out? Our modern and cozy apartment is located in the middle of Haltern's city center. On the balcony with a small lounge and relaxing lounger you can relax. Within walking distance there is everything you need, in Haltern's beautiful old town with all the cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
