In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Hiking from the front door, mountain biking and road biking from the front door, rafting adventures on the Inn River and the Ötztaler Ache. Walking distance to area 47.

Das Ortszentrum, sowie das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad und die Bergbahnen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.

The holiday flat "Bens Auszeit Top 6" is located in Umhausen and has a beautiful view of the Alps. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as a guest toilet and thus offers space for 2 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
