The flats are within walking distance of the centre of Oetz and the skilift. Almost identical, each unit offers a comfortable lounge area with couch plus bar seating with valley views, a separate bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom. The two flats have a shared entrance and can of course be booked together.

Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
