Very beautiful peaceful neighborhood, the locals were all very sweet, satoshi was very responsive and helpful!! Would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this Airbnb for a month and it was amazing. The host, Furuya, was incredibly hospitable and very responsive through the app. He went above and beyond what the avg Airbnb host would do. The home had everything I needed for the long stay: free Wi-Fi, a microwave, mini oven, electric stovetop, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, freezer, the essential dishes (plates, bowls, cutlery, a pot, and saucepan), washer + dryer, vacuum, and a dining table. The closest train station is quite far, but there is a bus stop 1 minute from the house by foot, where the bus will take you to the station for a small fare. There is also a Lawsons about 3 minutes by foot from the house. If you’re planning to come to this area, I would 100% recommend this stay. It’s basically a house. You don't have to worry about neighbors or making too much noise. Thank you Furuya for the hospitality! If I am back in the area, I will definitely book this stay again, and I will recommend this location to my friends :)

This place was wonderful. If you’re looking to get away and stay somewhere traditional in Japan - this is it. I solo traveled for the first time ever here and it was awesome. Next to busy street but was white noise to me since I’m used to city noises. I have no complaints - amazing hosts, amazing traditional tatami home. The owner is so kind and was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Google maps found the place close enough. We ended up parking in a gravel lot that was very close, and I was in communication with Kenji. I let him know and he met us out on the street right away and let us know where we can park. He showed us the house and let us pick which bedroom we wanted. There were only two of us so he kept the other two rooms locked, as well as the 2nd bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There were nice amenities in the drawers and cabinets. Also a modern bathroom system with heat and a jet that keeps the tub water warm. We used the laundry machine at night and our clothes were dry in the morning, hanging in the shower with the fan. Kenji also showed us some of his property, including his duck and bunnies. My husband got to hold the duck for a picture, lol. The downstairs was spacious, however not a lot of room for comfortable “western style” gathering. A table with four dining chairs and a small chair and futon loveseat that are
