Relaxing and active on the sunny side of Austria

Finally arrived - in paradise. We open our home (lower floor) for our guests. Our spacious house in Oslip City is perfectly located for (bike) excursions to Lake Neusiedl as well as to St. Margarethen (opera festival and family park for all ages), Rust and Mörbisch (lake festival) and Eisenstadt. Oslip is a sleepy place, famous for the Csello mill. Centrally located, Oslip offers an oasis of relaxation as well as action and adventure nearby.

Island of tranquility /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Welcome to our reed hut, right on Lake Neusiedl. The reed chalet is located in the middle of the reed belt above the water. A larch wood path leads to the fully equipped chalet, which is built on a large larch wood platform above the water in the reed bed on Lake Neusiedl. On the front you can climb directly into the natural pool (0.5 m) and take the small rowboat across the canal to the lake.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The apartment is located in the back of a hotel. It has a separate entrance and a private parking space with electric charging stations. Of course, with air conditioning, a small kitchen, shower and toilet. One bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The apartment is accessible via a staircase on the 1st floor.
