This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

THE LAKE IS back!! Thank God for the rain. The cabin provides a relaxing getaway. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

Covered boat parking with Electric plug-in. 1.5 mile to Elm Creek Marina and Boat Ramp. 11 miles to Concho Park Marina. 55" smart television that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. Outdoor cameras monitoring of the outside of the property only.
