Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, and a relaxing moment in a sun lounger. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.
