The nearby area offers nice hiking experiences with the sea and mountains in the immediate vicinity, as well as a short drive to the nearest town. The house has two large balconies and outdoor area with sea access. Free wifi and parking is available on site.

Bring friends or the whole family to this beautiful and charming place. Here you will find a great swimming beach just below the house. It is 3-400 meters to another beach with playground equipment, volleyball court etc. There are great hiking opportunities on the island to Skaga lighthouse or to the many beaches on the island. It is 15 min. to drive to Stø with Hvalsafari, 15 min. to Myre where you will find a good selection of shops (sports , clothing stores, liquor store, 4 grocery st.etc.).

Velkommen til Farmorhuset i Nykvåg, midt i vakre Vesterålen. Dette huset, som jeg har arvet fra min far, og som han har arvet fra sin mor, har sjel og historie. Vi har med stolthet beholdt navnet "Farmorhuset" som mange av våre gjester kjenner og setter pris på. Huset er bygd i 1954 og kombinerer nostalgisk 50-tallsstil med dagens bekvemmeligheter for et komfortabelt opphold. Vi har tre soverom med totalt fem senger, noe som gjør huset perfekt for både små familier og vennegjenger.
