The cottage (Fully air-conditioned in both compartments), last property in the village, and it is very important to note that the swimming pool is private to this cottage ONLY. (Swimming pool open from May 15 to September 15; no guests outside the rental agreement are allowed.) Low-season and mid-season rates (high season, July and August, only, minimum one-week stay.) New small garage; we are on the same property. You are completely obscured .cheminand walls of separations. Total certainty assured.

Welcome to the house, located in the heart of Olargues, with all its shops, in the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to the Caroux and Espinouse mountains. You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort. There are 3 spacious bedrooms: bedroom 1 – double bed, bedroom 2 – double bed or 2 single beds + sofa bed, and bedroom 3: 2 single beds. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace. The house is close to the river. Starting point for many hiking or mountain biking trails. Good Wi-Fi

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . NEW: We have just equipped the gîte with centralized air conditioning. This gîte is very spacious, in a fenced and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50 m² vacation rental and discover some surrounding landscapes. The gîte consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a built-in kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with a suite, toilet and bathroom.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

In the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, this former wine cellar is the ideal place to start your relaxing or sporty nature walks. Access to the nearby "Passa Païs" greenway, the road to the lakes, many mountain bike trails, hiking trails, hiking, swimming in the river or lakes. Or simply relax, close to tourist places such as Olargues, Lamalou-les-Bains, Roquebrun, etc... Also enjoy the local gastronomy and wine region.

"L'arbre & le nuage": a quiet cottage with a view

The "l'arbre & le nuage" cottage is located on the side of the mountain between L'Espinouse and Le Caroux (at an altitude of 400 m). This typical 62 m² farmhouse, eco-restored in 2017, offers you accommodation in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible even outside the cottage!

This family home is located in the village "La Coste", in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to the Caroux and Espinouse massifs, ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts will have plenty to do with the GR, PR and mountain bike trails that pass nearby. You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site.
